Growth brings opportunity, but it also creates new risks. LBA relies on experienced directors and key personnel to lead teams, oversee projects and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Many of these individuals hold highly specialised skills and industry knowledge that have been built over decades. If one of these key people were suddenly unable to work due to illness, injury or death, the impact could be felt across the business. Project delivery could be disrupted, pressure could fall on the remaining leadership team, and valuable expertise could be difficult and expensive to replace.

The directors also wanted to make sure everyone would know what to expect if ownership ever needed to change unexpectedly. Without the right plans in place, a major event could leave shareholders, their families, and the business itself facing unnecessary uncertainty.

Solution

Panorama worked closely with LBA’s directors to review the company’s existing protection arrangements and identify opportunities to strengthen its overall business protection strategy.
